Raymond Joseph Ridgdill

Raymond Joseph Ridgdill of Hephzibah GA entered into rest on January 26th, 2022 at 3:27am at Doctors Hospital of Augusta after battling health issues. He is survived by his son Scotty Gibbs (Brandi), Trudy Gibbs (the love of his life and mother of his son), one grandson Dylan Gibbs, two granddaughters Katie and Haley Gibbs, and one great granddaughter Olivia Stabell (all of Grovetown GA). He is preceded in death by his mother Gloria Richard.

Ray was born September 12, 1950 in Boston, Massachusetts. He traveled to many states throughout his life including North Carolina, Georgia, California and Texas. He enjoyed fishing, cookouts and being around people. He loved eating oysters. He worked many jobs but primarily as a plumber.

Ray loved his family more than anything in the world, including his Aunt Jackie (Judge Judy) and cousin Mark. We wish he would have had more time. He will be truly missed.
