Kay S. Hill, 74 of Augusta, Ga. went home on January 29, 2022. A Celebration of Life (drop in) will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 1:00-3:00 pm at the hall of St. Mark United Methodist Church, 2361 Washington Rd., Augusta, GA 30904.
She was preceded in death by her husband (Dan), parents John and Doris, and two brothers Chuck and Bobby. She is survived by her two children, Koreen(David) Gibson, John(Joann)Tuchscherer, three grandchildren, Kasey Davis, Cari(Steven)Luniewski, Krista Gibson and one great grandson, Chase Luniewski. She is also survived by 6 sisters, Barb, Mimi, Susan, Caco, Becky, Cindy and one brother, Phillip, along with many, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her eight four legged children.
She has been an active part of the Augusta community since 1975 and involved in the EMS community for over 40 years. She was also very involved in many local nonprofit organizations that help animals of all kinds. She loved helping people and animals!!!!!! She loved her University of Louisville and the Kentucky Derby!!!! She was a great mother, mentor, and friend to all who knew her!!! She has left behind many special friends, coworkers, organizations and family that loved her.
