John David Holley, 72, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends.

David is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie, of 48 years, and their 4 children, Melissa (Charlie), Tamara (Bryant), Steven (Lauren), and Dawn (Josh). He is also survived by his siblings Louise, Danny, William, and Martha, along with a host of other relatives, and friends.

O GOD, by whom the meek are guided in judgment, and light riseth up in darkness for the godly; Grant us, in all our doubts and uncertainties, the grace to ask what thou wouldest have us to do, that the Spirit of Wisdom may save us from all false choices, and that in thy light we may see light, and in thy straight path may not stumble; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The family will receive friends for a celebration of life visitation from 12:00pm - 2:00pm on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez GA  30907, followed by military honors at 2:00pm in the chapel at Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
