Donald Holland Parker, 66, entered into rest on Saturday, March 19th, 2022, in Augusta. Donald was born on July 21st, 1955, in Statesboro, Georgia to the late Jesse Holland and Miriam Key Parker. He had retired from Respiratory Therapy after over 30 years with employment at the Medical College of Georgia, Wills Memorial Hospital, and the Augusta State Medical Prison.

Donald was a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan. On game days, you would find him surrounded by family and friends giving his best sports commentating tips and yelling "GOOO DAWGS." When he wasn't working, you would find him on the back nine of the Pointe South golf course with his favorite foursome orenjoying the sunrise at Clark's Hill trying to wrangle the biggest catfish or largemouth bass. Mr. Parker is survived by his four children, Caitlin (Chris), Brett, Shannon (Jon), and Ian; five grandchildren, SJ, Addy, Millie Cate, Ryleigh, and Brinley; and the mother of his children, Patty.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00pm on Monday, March 28th, 2022, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, in the Chapel at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
