Christina (Zangarine) Burmeister

Christy said goodbye to life on earth and hello to eternity the morning of August 1st, 2020. The last few years of her life were full to the brim with adventure, joy, love, and a peace that she’d spent so long searching for. She strove to always show kindness and to extend a helping hand to loved ones and strangers alike. Through all the struggles life brought her, she fought with fierce optimism to spread joy and love.

Christy will be enormously missed by those who knew and loved her so dearly. Her smile could light up a room, and her outgoing and philanthropic personality impacted many people from many walks of life. Christy knew that one of the greatest joys in life was to love and to be loved, and she lived that message every day of her life.

Christy joins her mother Bonna with a heavenly embrace as well as her stepmother Patty and is survived by her father Patrick Zangarine,her fiance Jonathan Wilson, her three daughters Nyna Saenz, Ashleigh Bentley, and Bethany Knox, grandgirls Elowyn and Emma, her brothers Patrick "Tiger" Zangarine, Billy Zangarine, and Bobby Zangarine as well as step sisters, cousins, siblings’ spouses, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
