Mrs. Carmellia Oliver, of Waynesboro Ga., entered into rest on October 15, 2020. Graveside service will be held Monday October 19, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Keysville United Methodist Church Cemetery with Matt Shyrock officiating.
Mrs. Oliver was born in Augusta on October 18, 1963 and was the daughter of the late James F. Watts and Eva Couch Jarrell. She enjoyed doing arts, and crafts, as well as fishing, going to the beach and the mountains, cooking, sitting and drinking coffee with everyone, growing all types of plants and flowers. She especially loved all of her animals, as well as spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step father James Jarrell, her brother James E. Watts, and her sister Trisha Etterly. She is survived by her three sons Anthony Clark, Rusty W. Oliver, and Patrick Oliver, four daughters Kimberly Clark, Jessilyn Garcia, Melissa Ivey, Kristen Ivey, her step mother Darlene M. Watts, three brothers Thomas F. Watts (Sara), John J. Watts (Sarah), Joshua Watts, four sisters Patricia Green, Melissa Watts, Kathy Kitchens (Michael), Liz Minard (Phillip), 7 grand children, 1 great grandchild, 15 nephews, 10 nieces, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers will be Scotty Hadden, Chris Hadden, Rahkieem Whitfield, Tyreese T. Whitfield, Bradley Hadden, and Johnathan D. Watts.
