April Rachelle Clements (Vaughan), born April 2nd, 1985, of Augusta, GA, entered her Heavenly home on June 4th , 2023.

April was a kind and loving mother who adored her children. She enjoyed art and computer graphics. She always spoke of her faith in God and would always talk to her children about the importance of Him and the need for His love over anyone else. April is survived by her children, Tyler Dwayne Newman, Joshua Caden Vaughan, Colton Charles Monroe Vaughan, and Cameron Devon Vaughan; long-time partner, Joshua Vaughan; siblings, Nathan Strom Clements, Charles Roy Adam Clements, and Kristin Hannah; and numerous nieces and nephews. She joins in Heaven her mother, Wanda Evelyn Clements; her father, Charlie Roy Clements, as well as her grandparents. A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 143 Ministries, 2801 Ingelside Drive, Augusta GA 30909. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.

Her family and children have asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Katherine's Way, in efforts to provide women in need with a scholarship bed or The Ehlers Danlos Foundation.
