Mrs. Wilma Robinson Lynn, 78, wife of the late Mr. Joel Stokes Lynn Jr, of Augusta, entered into rest on August 14, 2021. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at First Pentecostal Church Grovetown, with Rev. Dewain French and Assistant Pastor Carl Lynn officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery Augusta. Mrs. Lynn will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Lynn was born in Martinez GA, and was the daughter of the late Theodore Robinson, and Nellie R. Robinson. Mrs. Lynn was retired as a chef from MCG.

In addition to her husband and parents Mrs. Lynn is preceded in death by her granddaughter Haley Lynn. Survivors include her three sons, Joel Lynn III (Marion) of Graniteville SC, David Lynn (Rosie) of North Augusta, and Carl Lynn (Anna) of Grovetown, one sister Shirley Chavous of Martinez, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Thomas L. King Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
