Willie F. King, 72, entered into rest on Friday, August 23, 2024.

With great sadness we say goodbye to Willie, a retired veteran, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He passed away from his illness and a broken heart. He was inseparable from his wife of 27 years who recently passed. They loved to travel to see family and friends. A couple of years ago they traveled to Italy and planned to go back one day. He will be greatly missed.

Willie is preceded in death by his wife, Vera King; dad, Willie B. King; mother, Joyce King; and his sister, Joan Powers. He is survived by his daughter, Frankie Muncher; stepdaughter, Rachel Cobb; grandchildren, Daniel King, Matthew Leverington, Samantha Kilpatrick, Jason Muncher; Porscha Cobb; and Marcuus Cobb; great-grandchildren, Kyla Kilpatrick, Selby Leverington, Jacob King, Kash Kilpatrick, Weston Muncher, Layndon Muncher; Adriaan Cobb, Alana Tutt, Audrianna Murray, Ariana Murray, and Alessandra Murray; and his brother, Ricky King.
