William Lindsey Parrish, 84, entered into rest on Friday, July 14, 2023.

William is preceded in death by his parents, Chesley and Edna Parrish; sister, Martha Heard; and his brothers, James H. Parrish and Roy Parrish. He is survived by his son, Lloyd Lindsey Parrish; grandchildren, Amy Lynn Cooper (Jeff), Kristin Marie Parrish, and Zackary Chesley Parrish (Hannah Medlock); great-grandchildren, Kaleb James Clayton, Krissi Jade Thomas, Kylie Jane Cooper, Kaylee Jasmine Cooper, Kinslee Marie Tobias, Nolan Myles Eubanks, and Brooklyn Jade Parrish; brother, Chesley R. Parrish; sister, Linda J. Parrish; brother, Hugh Parrish (Beth); and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

William was a sheet metal worker with the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 85 out of Atlanta, and he honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. William was well-liked and loved, had a reputation as a good man, and many people looked up to him. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him.
