William "Shane" Lamar Horne, 49, entered into rest together with his wife, Carol McMillon-Horne, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

In addition to his wife, Shane is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Taylor. He is survived by his daughters, Taylor and Hannah; father, William "Dickie" Horne; grandsons, Mason, Clayton, and Bennett; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his step-kids and their children.

Shane "Poppop" was a lifelong carpenter. He loved Georgia football, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with his kids and grandchildren.

He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Services will be held privately.
