With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, William Joseph "Joe" Riley, who was born on July 23, 1972, and passed away on October 13, 2024, at the Augusta Burn Unit in Georgia. Joe was born in Cheraw, South Carolina, to his loving parents, Bill and Myrtle Riley.

Joe had a deep love for camping and fishing, and he cherished spending time with his family and friends. He adored his siblings, nieces, and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Myrtle Riley; his sister, Lisa Fisher; his brother, Chuck Riley; and his nephews, W.T. Riley and Matt Fisher; as well as his niece, Lisa Marie Riley; and his beloved dog, Pinky.

He is survived by his brother, Tom Riley (May); his sister, Nikki Fisher; his nieces, Alexis Fisher (Walker), Allison Fisher, Alyssa Fisher, Kristina Riley, and Aleshia Riley; and his great-nieces and nephews, Jasper Jones, Samantha Roscoe, Daniel Klapp, Khloe Simmons, Dylan Riley, Shyan Riley, Liam Riley, Jadin Riley, Leeland Riley, Kinsley Flores, Ja'kari Davis, Jahki Davis, and many more. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Rene Riley.

The family would like to express their gratitude for your thoughts and prayers. A Celebration of Life Memorial for Joe will be held at a later date. The family will let everyone know the day and time of the service.
