William "Billy" Keith Isaac, 59, entered into rest on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

Billy is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Isaac; father, Bill Isaac (Jane) of Martinez, GA.; sister, Malina Hatfield of Connersville, IN.; brother, Eddie Dees (Dana) of Lincolnton GA.; and brother, Sam (Corky) Dees of Hephzibah, GA. He is preceded in death by his mother, Erma Rita Young; brother, Jimmy Dees; and brother, Tommy Dees.

Billy was a talented artist, fisherman and dart player. Billy was an avid fan of NASCAR (Dale Earnhardt), Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, Georgia Bulldogs, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Liliac. Billy never met a stranger and would spark up a conversation with anybody. Billy was dearly loved by his wife, family, and a multitude of friends and will be greatly missed.
