NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. William Anderson Hasson III, beloved husband of Janice Doyle Hasson, entered into rest Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in McCormick County. Mr. Hasson was born in Houston, TX, to Thelma T. Hasson and the late William A. Hasson II. Mr. Hasson had served in the U.S. Army and was a Transportation Specialist for Akima Global Services. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2016 at Westover Memorial Park. The family and friends will gather at the cemetery. Family members, in addition to Mrs. Hasson, are a son, William A. Hasson IV and his wife Kimberly of Augusta, GA; two daughters, Charity Lyda and her husband James of Evans, GA and Heather Hasson and her husband Spencer Cushman of Edgefield, SC; a brother, James Henry Hasson of Cypress, TX; two sisters, Susan Doggette and her husband Dave of Madison, MS and Jackie Dugas and her husband John of Kingwood, TX; seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to offset the expenses of the funeral. Thomas L.
