William Franklin Todd

William "Frank" Todd, 84, of Clarks Hill, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026.

Born in Augusta, Georgia, Frank was the beloved son of the late Lester and Dorothy Todd. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy before beginning a successful career as an Insurance Agent. Throughout his life, he was known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others. He was a graduate of Hialeah High School in Hialeah, Florida.

Frank was a devoted follower of Christ and faithfully served as a Deacon at Calvary Baptist Church and current member of Grace Baptist Church, Evans Ga. His steadfast faith guided his life and was reflected in his love for his family, his church, and his community.

He shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Peggy Todd, whose love and partnership were the foundation of their family.

Frank is lovingly remembered by his children, Stephen Todd(Dawn), Bryan Todd(Maria), and Lori Morgan(Jeff). He also leaves behind five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, all of whom brought him tremendous joy and pride.

Frank's legacy is one of faith, devotion, kindness, and service. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 4:00 PM At Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Hilley officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery, 500 Alta Vista Ave., North Augusta SC, 29841. The family will recieve friends on Sunday at the church from 3:00 until 4:00 PM prior to the service at the church. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be his grandsons.
