MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mr. William Cody Colton Courtney, 24, entered into rest Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Cody was the son of the late Richard Alan Courtney and Rhonda Courtney. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Thomas L. King Chapel with Pastor Ray Reynolds officiating. Interment services will follow at Harlem City Cemetery. Pallbearers are Austin Renew, Cameron Renew, Andrew Baxter, Bailey Rickerson, Vick Gresham, and Kenny Churton. Family members include his mother, Rhonda Courtney of Martinez, Ga.; grandparents, William and Edith Rickerson of Martinez, Ga. and Chester and Mary Jarrard of Lincolnton, Ga.; one daughter, Cristal Courtney of Martinez, Ga.; one sister, Dawn Marie Courtney of Martinez, Ga. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family. Florist deadline is Monday at 5:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Monday, July 6, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
