Mr. Wayne Gray, 70, entered into rest on Monday, December 16th, 2024, at his home in Augusta, Ga.

He retired from Budget Sprinkler Systems, and was an accomplished mechanic and handyman. He often helped family and friends when they were in need and he had the ability and skills to help. Wayne always lived life on his terms, unapologetically.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Woods of Martinez; his son, Wayne Gray of Augusta; brother, Mark Gray of Warrenton; five sisters, Pat Rios of Augusta, Linda Montgomery of Sparta, Kathy Benson of Thomson, Wanda Jobes of Thomson, and Cindy Harrell of Mitchell; and two grandchildren, Bo Roberts and Haley Roberts. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Ethel Kitchens Gray Hinton; his father, Mr. Atwell Edward Gray, Sr.; and his brother, Mr. Atwell (Bud) Edward Gray, Jr.

His remains will be cremated by Thomas L. King Funeral Home. While no Memorial service is planned at this time, his family will communicate any future planned Memorial to family and friends.
