Cabinet Maker EVANS, Ga. - Entered into rest at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center on April 18, 2013, Mr. Tommy Looper, husband of the late Janice Salter Looper of Evans, Ga. Tommy was born in Greenville, S.C. He was a co-owner of Universal Cabinet Company. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam, where he received a Purple Heart for wounds received in action. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Rodgers officiating. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the funeral home between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Looper and Jimmy Looper. Survivors include: sons, Derrick (Meagan) Looper, Mark Looper; brothers, Chuck (Michelle) Looper, Joe Looper; sister, Sylvia (Harold) Crawford; special nephew, Chris (Deanne) Looper; grandchildren, Michael Looper, Austin Wilcox, Sean Wilcox, Brody Wilcox, Justin Wilcox.
