Mrs. Theresa Kay Biggs Sirard, beloved wife of the late James Carlton Rowell and Alfred J. Sirard, entered into rest Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Sirard was a homemaker that enjoyed being with her family, a Baptist, enjoyed arts and crafts and drawing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and outdoor activities like fishing with her family. Funeral services will be graveside at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Pastor John Biggs officiating. Friends and family will meet at the cemetery. Mrs. Sirard is survived by a son, James B. Rowell, wife, Carolyn, of Grovetown, GA; a step-son, Bruce Sirard of Lawrenceville, GA; adopted son, George Snipes, wife, Sarah, of Keysville, GA; a step-daughter, Sandra Wilson of Augusta, GA; a sister-in-law, Margaret Mable Biggs, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several loving nieces and nephews.
