Susan Weathersbee Miville "Susie", 70, beloved wife, mom, nana, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully at Doctor's Hospital on Monday, July 14, 2025.

Susie was born on August 9, 1954 and grew up in Augusta. She was married to Gene Miville and together, they had two sons (Brandyn and Ryan). Her boys were her world. Susie was a numbers girl and got a degree in accounting. For much of her accounting career, she worked at Georgia Bank & Trust in the Accounting Department. From there, Susie took a position at a bank in Charleston (she has always loved the beach). She quickly learned that the beach was for visiting and that her home was where her family was. Susie was also known as a "cat lady" and loved her cat babies dearly. Susie also had 10 beautiful grandchildren (Lexi, Isabella, Katie, Mila, Bentley, Owen, Asher, Waylon, Adalee, and Delilah). Her grandbabies were also her world.

When not spending time with her boys, grandchildren, or Sister (Regina, her built in best friend), Susie enjoyed shopping (she was a pro at this), all things Christmas (especially Nutcrackers and personalized ornaments), watching HGTV and thinking about all the ways she could redesign her house, collecting gnomes, and traveling. One of her favorite trips that she was able to go on during her lifetime was to Germany with her sister, son (Ryan), and her daughter-in-law (Yasemin).

Susie, also known as Susie Q, will be deeply missed, and we are so thankful for the time that we had with her. Family events will definitely not be as interesting or funny without her, and we look forward to the day that we get to see her again.

Susie was preceded in death by her mother, Hildegard Schaefer Weathersbee of Altrip am Rhein, Germany and her father, Paul Morris Weathersbee of Dunbarton, South Carolina.

Susie is survived by her husband, Gene Miville, her sons Brandyn Miville (Holly) and Ryan Miville (Yasemin), her grandchildren Lexi Miville, Isabella Miville, Katie Miville, Mila Miville, Bentley Miville, Owen Miville, Asher Miville, Waylon Miville, Adalee Miville, and Delilah Miville, her sister, Regina Kennedy, her nephews Trey Kennedy (Andrea) and Thomas Mobley (Talina), her brother, James "Jim" Weathersbee (Amy), her nieces JoAnn Rivard (Chris) and Debby Garcia (Joaquin), her nephew Brenton Weathersbee (Laura) and Chris Weathersbee (Sakiku).

A visitation and funeral service will be held at Thomas L. King Funeral Home on 124 Davis Road Martinez, GA 30907. The visitation service will be on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 pm. The funeral service will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 10:00 am in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with graveside immediately following at Bellevue Memorial Gardens & Chapel on 4501 Wrightsboro Road Grovetown, GA 30813. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Brandyn Miville, Ryan Miville, Trey Kennedy, Thomas Mobley, James "Jim" Weathersbee, and Jang Boo Si.
