Susan Marilyn Kitchens, 71, of Augusta GA, passed away in her home in Evans GA on Friday, June 10th, 2022, after her long battle with cancer.

Susan was preceded in death by her loving husband, John M. Kitchens; her sister, Gail Roberts; and her parents, Bill Williams and Ruth E. Reaves (Marion "Pappy" Reaves). She is survived by her three children, Allan Warner (Tracey), Greg Warner (Sheila), and Kerry King (Darin); six grandchildren, Jayne' Bridges (Jonathan), Connor Rhein (Daniela), Gregory Warner Jr. (Mariah), Claire Rhein, Seth Warner, and Marlee Warner; three great-grandchildren, Riley, Aubrey, and Stella, all living in the Martinez/ Evans area; two sisters, Sandra Pope (Dean) and Connie Adams (Ron); brother-in-law, Bobby Roberts; and many friends and extended family.

Susan worked as a caretaker until her retirement. She loved taking care of her family and friends and had a heart of gold. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, Georgia 30907.
