Mrs. Sedonia Marie Savoy Adams, beloved wife of William Adams, age 68, entered into rest Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, at University Hospital. Mrs. Adams was born in Eunice, La., to the late Clovis and Viola Andrepont Savoy Sr. A Celebration of Life will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerome Savoy and Donald Savoy. In addition to her husband, Mrs Adams is also survived by a son, William N. Adams (Tara) of Chandler, Ariz.; a daughter, Michelle Montgomery of Evans, Ga.; three brothers, Clovis Savoy Jr. (Donna) of Hephzibah, Ga., Joseph R. Savoy (Germaine) of Lake Charles, La., and James H. Savoy (Jaye) of Zwolla, La.; two sisters, Annie L. Fontenot of Spring, Texas, and Claire Shortridge of Iowa, Texas; and four grandchildren, Haley, Sydney, Ryan and Will. Graveside service will be Jan. 2, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Consolata Cemetery, Lake Charles, La.
