Scott Taylor Ramsdell, 54, of Augusta, GA, passed away January 3rd, 2023, after a brief illness.

Scott was born September 21st, 1968, in Springfield, MO to Bob and Susan (Thomas) Ramsdell. He grew up in Overland Park, KS, where he graduated from Blue Valley North in 1987. Scott attended Kansas State University and then completed his bachelor's degree at DeVry. He pursued further education and became a network security analyst, working for a number of companies, most recently for ATI in Summerville, SC. Scott enjoyed chess, learning, computer gaming, and time with his son Jake. He will be missed by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan (Thomas) Ramsdell; his brother, Darin Ramsdell; and his sister-in-law, Jill Ramsdell. Scott is survived by his son, Jake Ramsdell of Augusta, GA; his father and step-mother, Bob and Debbie Ramsdell of Olathe, KS; and his brother, Ryan Ramsdell of Shawnee, KS.
