Sara Kitchens went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 21, 2022. She was 86 years old.

Sara was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Kitchens; and two daughters, Pat Kitchens and Gloria Beauford. She was born November 19, 1935, in Gibson, Georgia, but lived the majority of her life in Augusta, Georgia. She is survived by her daughters, Nora Reynolds and Renee Poling; and son, Kenny Kitchens.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
