Sandra Jean Spencer, born on October 5, 1966, left this world on January 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, creativity, and love. She dedicated many years of her life to her career as a cake decorator at the Publix Evans Town Center Store, where her artistry brought joy to countless celebrations. Sandra's attention to detail and her passion for her craft made each cake not only a dessert but a memorable experience for those who had the pleasure of enjoying her creations.

An enthusiastic lover of sweets, Sandra had a penchant for the color pink and a particular fondness for flamingos, which beautifully reflected her vibrant personality. She cherished her moments spent in Charleston, where the sun, sand, and waves offered her the perfect backdrop to unwind and create lasting memories with her family. Family was the cornerstone of her life, and she embraced every opportunity to spend quality time with her loved ones.

Sandra is survived by her devoted husband, Glenn Spencer, and her beloved children: Erica Townley and husband Christopher John Townley, Christopher Spencer, Amanda Hutcheson, and Lacey Ajlani. She took great joy in being a grandmother, leaving behind six grandchildren who will carry forth her spirit in their lives. Sandra's furbaby, Chloe, alongside her grandfurbaby Winston, were a source of comfort and companionship that she treasured deeply.

Her siblings Brenda Cobb, Denise Yeater, Johnny Cobb, Mark Cobb, Alex Cobb, and Tyrus "Ty" Cobb will remember her fondly, as will all who knew her.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison Cobb and Betty Cobb, and her brothers, Kenny and Ricky Cobb, who welcomed her into eternity.

A visitation in honor of Sandra Jean Spencer will be held on February 10, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thomas L. King Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Martinez, GA.
