Entered into rest on November 17,2018 Mr. Samuel Royall (Roy) Norris Simpson Sr. of Wrens Ga. Roy as he was know by his family and friends was a retired mechanic with CSX/Hamburg. He is preceded in death by his parents Van and Kathleen Simpson two brothers Van B. Simpson Jr and Bob Ray Simpson one sister Valerie Kathleen Newsome and ex-wife Michelle Simpson. Survivors include two sons Samuel Royall Norris Simpson Jr(Patricia) Grovetown Ga.- Steve Leonard Simpson (Susan) Wrens Ga. one brother Preston Graham Simpson (Faye) Dearing Ga. one sister Martha Louise Cartledge (Otis) Evans Ga. three grandchildren Brandy Cox Felicia Tibbs Destiny Simpson and four great grandchildren and the loving mother of his two sons Martha Henderson. Graveside service will be held Wednesday November 21 ,2018 1:00pm at Westover Memorial Park with Dr. Michael Davenport officiating.
