Mr. Ronald "Ron" Young passed away in his sleep on April 19, 2018. Ron was a resident of Evans, GA. Survivors include his wife, Nobue Young; sons, Doug, Danny; and a great sister, we call Aunt Judy; and a host of relatives and friends. Born in NYC in 1932, he joined the army in 1953 and received the United States Distinguished Service Cross. He also received the Bronze Star from the Republic of Vietnam, he then retired from the military in 1974. You can read a small part of what he did at Heroes' Overlook in Augusta. He did adventurous things after, then in the year 1998 he became a Ballroom Dancer at The Ballroom Dance Center and became the King of West Coast Swing. Now he's swinging and dancing in the clouds.
