AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on June 16, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Augusta, Mr. Roger P. Sanderson, husband of Mrs. Shelvy Jean Sanderson. Mr. Sanderson was retired after 27 years from Georgia Power Company, where he worked as trouble dispatcher. He was the son of the late Jesse P. and Edith Sanderson. He was a member of Curtis Baptist Church of Augusta. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Westover Memorial Park with Dr. Michael Davenport officiating. Family and friends, please assemble at the graveside. Visitation will be at Thomas L. King Funeral Home Monday, June 20, 2016 starting at 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
