"Rick" HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Entered into rest on March 1, 2016 at University Hospital, Mr. Richard "Rick" A. Palocsik, husband of Mrs. Betty Ivy Palocsik of Hephzibah, Ga. Mr. Palocsik was retired Master Sgt. E-7 with 20 years of service in the United States Air Force. He worked as an aircraft mechanic for Standard Aero in Augusta. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and he loved his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Palocsik. Survivors: wife, Betty I. Palocsik, Hephzibah, Ga.; two sons, Michael Andrew and wife Jody Massey, Valparaiso, Fla., Ricky and wife Nichole Palocsik, Augusta, Ga.; two daughters, Theresa and husband Brian Zicari, Martinez, Ga., Tina and husband Ben Finkelstein, Southern Pines, NC; five grandchildren, Dominic Zicari, Sebastian Zicari, Benjamin Finkelstein, Matthew Finkelstein, Brayden Palocsik. Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Thomas L. King Funeral Home with Chaplain Race Lariscy officiating.
