Mr. Richard Elton Cliett 60, beloved husband of Sandra Hodges Cliett, entered into rest Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Doctors Hospital. Mr. Cliett was born in Augusta to Elton and Clara Huffman Cliett of Harlem, GA. Mr. Cliett has served in the U.S. Navy and later retired from Lamar Advertising as a Construction Foreman. He was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends Monday, June 5, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Thomas L. King Funeral Home. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Cliett is also survived by a son, Richard Hodges of Augusta; 3 brothers, Ellis B. Cliett and his wife Suzanne, of Grovetown, GA, Raymond Cliett of Evans, GA, and Michael Cliett and his wife Myong, of Harlem, GA; 2 sisters, Teresa Williams and her husband Bill, of Monticello, GA and Rhonda Sampson and her husband John, of Waynesboro, GA; 2 granddaughters, Alexis Grace Hodges and Emily Evelyn Weber, and his 4 Babies (Schnauzers), Mr. Yo, Toe, Reba, and Ruby Two Shoes.
