AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on December 17, 2015, Mrs. Rachel Joan Lecompte, wife of the late Ravol Lecompte. Mrs. Lecompte retired from the United States Army and was a former member of the Red Hat Ladies Club. Survivors: one brother, Ronald Jones, Fort Worth, TX; one sister, Martha Rae Neely, Valliant, OK; several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held on December 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Russell Davis officiating in Sunset Memory Gardens. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
