AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on October 16, 2013 at GRU, Mrs. Phyllis E. Dunaway, wife of the late Ralph Dunaway of Augusta. Mrs. Dunaway was a nurse and had worked at the Medical College of Ga., now GRU. She was the daughter of the late Clyde L. and Maggie H. Ellison. Survivors are Phillip Cain; two daughters, La Monie Cain, Shannon Cain; brother James Ellison and wife Lynette; sister in law, Shirley Kinney; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dewain French in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet at the Chapel. There is no visitation at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
