Mrs. Patsy Daniels, 76, of Augusta, entered into rest May 25, 2024.

Patsy was a lifelong area resident and the daughter of the late Jack and Gwendolyn Ayers. Patsy was a homebody but did enjoy traveling to Tybee Island. She liked to look at recipes and go fishing. Patsy wanted salvation for her family so they could one day join her in Heaven, her devotion to her Lord was also shown through her bible study with her friends Barbara and Mary. She loved all of her family especially her precious grandchildren Hunter and Allison, doing anything they wanted. She was a very loving and gentle woman who will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Survivors are her husband, George Daniels; son, Mark Daniels (Amanda); two grandchildren; Hunter Daniels and Allison Daniels; siblings, Yvonne Quick, Donald Ayers, Sheryl Ivey, and Ricky Ayers; sister in law, Gail Daniels; and several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Martinez Baptist Church, 3632 Riverwatch Pkwy, Martinez GA 30907, with Rev. Phillip Winsett officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park, 2601 Wheeler Rd. Augusta. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 PM on Thursday at the church prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Mark Daniels, Hunter Daniels, Scott Widener, Jacob Widener, Tommy Akins and Bryan Matthewson.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation or to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation .
