With profound sadness and hearts full of love, we announce the passing of Patricia Scheffer , affectionately known as Pat, , who was born on April 22, 1962 and departed this life on October 7, 2026, at the age of 64. Patricia was a beloved mother, sister, meemaw, aunt, and friend whose presence brought warmth, love, and joy to those fortunate enough to know her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her late husband Henry Scheffer, mother and father, and a sister.

Patricia enjoyed time with her family and her church members. She also loved painting, and’s spending time with her dog.

Patricia is survived by her beloved children Christopher Burke of Augusta, Ga. and Johnny Lee Martin Jr. of Jacksonville, Al. as well as surviving siblings Liv Ledbetter and Clyde Martines. 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
