GROVETOWN, Ga. - Funeral service will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Bellevue Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Terry Newsome and Rev. Stanley Lewis. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Lowe will lie in state at the Chapel one hour prior to the service. Surviving are her grandchildren who were the love of her life.
