Patricia Ann Lott, age 89, of Augusta, GA, passed away on December 25th, 2025.

Ann was born on February 23rd 1936 to Albert Lester Williams Sr and Ethel Mae Williams. She grew up in Augusta, where she attended Tubman High School until 1949. She later went on to complete her G.E.D. with her son Vincent Alewine.

In 1966, Ann married Freddie Preston Lott, and they shared 59 years together. She is survived by her children Gail Crawford and Sherri Norris (Terry) along with her grandchildren Cheri, Kenneth, Kaitlin, and Sarah and 4 great grandchildren with one on the way. She will also be dearly missed by her niece and nephews, Stephanie Flanders (Don), Kerry Williams, and Kenny Williams along with her cousin Candice (Byron) Coan-Widener and extended family members throughout Georgia and Florida.

Ann spent much of her career working as a Nurse’s Aide at Augusta Surgical Group and Dr. Robert Johnson’s office. Outside of work, she enjoyed traveling all over the country in an RV with her husband. Her most treasured years were spent on Clark’s Hill lake with loved ones fishing or in her yard admiring the local wildlife. She was often found befriending stray cats, hand feeding deer, and enjoying rainstorms from her porch. Friends and family remember her as a spitfire and for her boundless love for her family, her cats, and Dr. Pepper.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday February 3, 2026 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Thomas L. King Funeral Home. It is being held in conjunction with her son Vincent Alewine’s memorial who passed on January 6th, 2026. All are welcome to attend.
