Patricia "Pat" Holden, 72, of Augusta, passed away on October 23, 2024.

Pat was a lifelong area resident. She loved life and was always smiling. She enjoyed traveling, shopping or just going out somewhere, playing poker, and keno. Pat loved her family, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She also enjoyed cooking with some of her specialties being her spaghetti, meatloaf, baked ham and her squash casserole. She also loved to drink her Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Pat will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clouise and Dora Howard.

Survivors include her husband, Wallace R. Holden Jr.; her children, Alicia Whitehead, Travis Taylor, and Bradford Taylor; her beloved fur baby, Dakota; her brother, Robbie Howard; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Karen Taylor.

Graveside services to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2024 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Rd. Augusta GA 30906. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 Am until 12:00 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made to the Children's Hospital of Georgia. The family also requests that everyone attending the service to dress casually and wear bright colors to the service.
