Mrs. Nina Norris Carter, 94, wife of the late John Richard Carter, entered into rest on December 10, 2020. A graveside service will be held Monday 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Tom Kalliokoski officiating.

Mrs. Carter was born in Warrenton GA on January 27, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Lee Garfield Norris, and Rosa Annette Johnson Norris. She had retired as an executive secretary from MCG. Survivors include her son Richard Bryon Carter, of Augusta, two daughters, Teresa C. Wilkerson, of Forsyth GA, and Michelle Carter, of Hephzibah, and seven grandchildren.
