Lever-Tiller APPLING, Ga. - Nichole Michelle Lever-Tiller, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, 41, of Appling, Ga., passed away Monday, September 26, 2016. Born on December 24, 1974, she is the daughter of Raymond Lever and the late Dorothea Lever. She is survived by her father, Raymond Lever; sister, Wendy Maddox; and three children, Haley Gabriella Chochol, William Thomas Tiller II, and Grace Evans Tiller. However long our lives may last, whatever scenes we view, whether we have joy or sorrow, we'll always think of you - with love, Haley, Will and Grace.
