Nellie Lowe

Mrs. Nellie Lowe of Martinez GA, passed away on May 4, 2026. 

She was born on December 31, 1938 to the late John and Geneva Parham.She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Harvey for 68 years. She was a hard worker and retired from Lily Tulip. She was very loving but could also be very bossy not afraid of telling you how it was gonna be. Before she got sick she also enjoyed baking with pound cakes and many different piesd being her specialties. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Tony Lowe; brothers, Rudolph Strickland, Bill Parham and Johnny Parham;  and her sisters, Ann Parham, and Lily Mae Price.

She is survived by her husband, Harvey Lowe, many nieces, nephews and friends, and 2 special nieces Audrey and Teresa who helped take care of Nellie and Harvey. 

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 8, 2026 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dewain French officiating. the family will recieve frineds following the service at the graveside.
