Nan Stewart King, 67, passed away peacefully at home on January 26, 2024. She is survived by her daughter Anna Mareie Wilkins of Appling (Danny); her grandson Nicholas; her brother Jon Allen; and her cousins Sybal Bracken, Judy Metz and their families. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend as well as a hardworking carpenter with Brand Scaffold and Carpenters Local Union 283. She enjoyed roller skating, dancing, gardening and music; in particular bubble gum music such as Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Nan loved to help people and animals, so any donation in her name, if you are so inclined would be cherished. A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, February 16, 2024, at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 4921 Columbia Road, Grovetown, GA 30813 with Father Chris Hassel officiating.
