Mrs. Myra Elliott Storms 90, beloved wife of the late William F. Storms, entered into rest Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Mrs. Storms was born in Alachua, FL to the late J.B. And Willie Mae Elliott. She had retired from Columbia County Board of Education where she was employed as a Librarian Assistant, was a member of Martinez Baptist Church where she was a member of the Faith Sunday School Class and volunteered in the church library. The family wishes a heartfelt thanks to Linda Chester, Sherry Nash, and everyone at Marshall Pines for the love and care they showed their mother, Mrs. Storms. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 26, 2017 from the chapel of Thomas L. King Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip Winsett officiating. The Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Bobby Proctor, Jody Dickson, Randy Reeves, Kyle Storms, Lucas Blackledge, and Robert Hogan. Mrs. Storms is survived by a daughter, Tina Blackledge, husband Jim, of Evans, GA; a son, Richard W. Storms, wife Donna, of Boynton Beach, FL; a brother, Roy Elliott; 2 sisters, Virginia Blume and Betty Faye Radney; 4 grandchildren, Kyle Storms, Kira Lee Reinhardt, Marya Blackledge, and Hunter Blackledge.
