Mitchell John Vizzari, 64, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

The man, the myth, has now become the legend. Mitchell Vizzari, born December 24, 1958, was a great man and legend to anyone he ever met. He was a son to Lucille Vizzari and the late Felice Vizzari. He was a father to three, Samantha Thomas and her husband Christian Thomas, Nicole Vizzari, and Alfred Vizzari and his wife Kenzi Vizzari. He was a brother to Chris Vizzari, Marc Vizzari, Claudia and husband Ray Mckenzie, Carrie Vizzari and wife Lisa Spitaleri, and Vinny and wife Kelly Vizzari. He was a grandfather to Mckenzi, Dakota, Olivia, Maddox, and Gracie. He was a nephew, cousin, and uncle to so many and a friend to plenty more! He was a bear fighting, hard working, amazing cook, and of course a music loving party animal. Any one who knows Mitch definitely has a great story to tell and will always have him in their hearts. In remembrance of Mitch we will put on out party shoes on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, directly following his Memorial to listen to music and dance like Mitch.

A celebration of life visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez GA 30907, immediately followed by a party for Mitch at 6021 Ridge Road, Appling, GA 30802.
