Michael Wayne (PA-PA) Moses (Rough Rider), Retired Eisenhower Information Management (22 years), entered into rest on December 21, 2016. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, Dec. 26, 2016 at 7 PM at Thomas L. King Chapel with Pastor Dale Reeves officiating. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date. Family requests in lieu of flowers donations can be made to The March of Dimes or The Fisher House in Augusta, GA. Pa-Pa, as he was called by his children, grandchildren, and adopted children/grandchildren, was born in Augusta, GA. He was a Baptist. He was proud to have grown up in Harrisburg. He loved to hunt, fish, cook, and be in the outdoors. He loved his dogs. He was an avid CBer; his handle was (Rough Rider). He is survived by his mother, Frances Spivey Moses; 2 daughters, Jennifer Michelle Moses Lopez (husband Johnny) of Columbia, SC and Susan Moses Smitherman (husband Grady) of Martinez, GA; 2 sisters, Sherryl Ingram-Washington, GA and Lisa Ann Boyd (husband Mitchell) of Martinez, GA; 4 grandchildren, Alex Evangelisti, Layla Smitherman, Diego Lopez, and Sophia Lopez.
