Mrs. Maureen Lane O'Connor, age 75, beloved wife of 46 years to the late Michael J. O'Connor, entered into rest Monday, September 10, 2018 at University Hospital. Mrs. O'Connor was born in Harvard, MA to the late Bernard and Josephine Buonopane Lane, Sr.. She enjoyed crotcheting reading, and shopping with her friends. Her classmmates always called her, "The life of the party". In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. O'Connor is also preceded in death by a grandson, Richard Steers. Family members include a son, Brett O'Connor (Allison) of Columbia, SC; 2 daughters, Cathie Goodenough (John) of Appling, GA and Jennifer Volten of Westby, WI; a brother, Bernard Lane, Jr. (Sarah) of Sarasota, FL; 6 grandchildren, Seth Goodenough, Lauren Goodenough, Josephine O'Connor, Jude Steers, Savannah Steers, and Jericho Freitag; and 2 great granddaughters, Letha Steers and Lilliann Steers.
