MARTINEZ, Ga. - Entered into rest on March 29, 2014 at her residence, Mrs. Mary Lou Tobin of Martinez, Ga. She was known as Lou Lou to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Floyd and Margaret A. Sumpter and a brother, Stephen A. Sumpter. Survivors: 1 daughter, Gina D. Carter and husband John; 2 grandchildren, Cory Jacobs, Kayla Jacobs; 1 brother, Phillip Sumpter and wife Katherine; cousins, Julia, Dennis, Mickey, Randy, Curtis.
