Mrs. Mary Cadden Valenti died peacefully in the family home on May 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Mary Olive was born in Augusta on November 5, 1923 to the late John W. and Addie Cadden, sister to Trilby Cromer and John M. Cadden. She was the widow of George V. Valenti, mother of Terri Valenti and Mimi to Tena Marie Aceto. She leaves behind loving family members whom she cherished. After living in New Jersey for many years, Mary returned to the family home on Ellis Street and was lovingly cared for by her daughter and caregiver, Dee Bowdry. Her family is comforted by the knowledge that Mary was escorted to Heaven by Angels and met at the gate by Jesus and surely fell into the loving arms of the love of her life, husband George. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Sanctuary Church, Evans GA with Pastor Bryan Cockrell officiating.
