CLEVELAND, Ga. - Mary Jacqueline Williams Brush, 76, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at a local hospital. Ms. Brush was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. and has called Cleveland her home for the past 11 years. She was retired from the Southern Bell Telephone Company after 40 years of service. She was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church in Augusta. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Devant Williams and Martha Amanda Baker Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Holcomb and husband Mark of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Aaron Holcomb, Jarred Holcomb and Phillip Holcomb, all of Cleveland and life long friends, Mary Ann Robinson of Martinez, GA, Barbara Norris of Augusta, Jackie Sweeny of Martinez, Ga. and Jane Torsch of The Villages, Fla. Local funeral arrangements are being handled by Grissom Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Brian J. Miracle, Funeral Director and arrangements in Georgia are being handled by Thomas L. King Funeral Home of Augusta. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. in Westover Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez, Ga.
