Martha Ezell Symon, 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2024.

Martha is predeceased by her husband, Don Symon; father, James R. Ezell; mother, Marguerite Ezell; and her sister, Elizabeth Ezell. She is survived by her son, Ted Symon (Meridith); grandchildren, Ridley Symon, Ellie Symon, and Merry Martha Symon; and her sister, Sally McIntosh.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, she then moved to Macon where she spent most of her life. Martha graduated from Florida State University where she was a sister in the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She was a dedicated teacher for many years and loved to play the piano. Martha was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Macon, Georgia.
