Mark Robert Hofman from Evans, Georgia passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of sixty-one.   Mark grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and served in the Air Force for eight years. He graduated from  North Carolina Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science-BS, Business Administration and Management, General. He had a successful business career in sales and marketing of dental equipment.  One of the fondest memories of Mark is that for every wedding or special family event, he always arrived with his ukulele  and/or  guitar and sang his  original songs to fit the occasion.  Mark was loved by all and will be greatly missed and always will be in our hearts.

Mark was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Hofman and two brothers, John Hofman and Steven Hofman.

His family survivors are his loving wife, Jane Hofman, four  children, Patrick Hofman (Carolyn), Lauren Sowa (Shane), Jessican Rhoades-Cox (Justin) and Joshua Carroll (Jessica). Mark has seven grandchildren, Madison, Robert and Ryan Hofman, Clayton and Remington Sowa,  Andrew Rhoades, and Emily Carroll.  And Mark's father Robert Hofman and his wife Brenda Hofman.

Burial will be at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria where he will be laid to rest with his mother, Elizabeth and brother Steven.

There will be a brief ceremony  at the grave site before burial at 1:00 on May 3.
